MacStadium seeks a Product Manager to own and optimize the entire user journey, from first engagement through long-term retention, reducing churn and improving signup-to-meeting-to-purchase conversion. The role collaborates with product, marketing, sales, and support to deliver a cohesive experience across MacStadium’s Mac ecosystem and mobile development offerings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Experience mapping multi-step customer journeys and using data to reduce friction.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success to improve conversion.

Responsibilities

• Map and optimize the buyer and user journey from awareness to retention.
• Identify friction points in discovery and usability and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to define a product design framework across the lifecycle.
