Job summary

Redfin is seeking a Senior Product Manager I to drive the next wave of customer growth on the Customer Growth team. • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Preferably with conversion Product Management experience and a deep understanding of A/B testing.
• Ability to influence executives and across multiple functions.
• Learner with demonstrated ability to develop subject matter expertise quickly.
• Deep customer empathy; listen to users and translate problems into solutions.
• Track record of solving ambiguous problems and turning them into actionable steps.
• Great communicator; distill complex problems and share vision clearly.
• Data-driven, comfortable with analyses and turning insights into product improvements.
