Close is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for the Growth team to craft agent-forward onboarding experiences and an inbox-to-CRM workflow. You will design AI-powered, trustful interfaces and collaborate on data-driven experiments using Amplitude and modern frontend tools.

Strong experience building frontend for B2B SaaS products.
Experience shipping AI-powered interfaces and agent-driven UIs.
Comfort with experimentation and data-driven feature design.

Responsibilities

Build agent-forward onboarding experiences, teaching users by doing and ensuring trust in the UI.
Transform an inbox into a CRM by surfacing deals, contacts, and a full book of business.
Design experiments, instrument funnels, and structure metrics for clear results in Amplitude.
Work across the entire app, shipping fast and cleaning up after learning lands.
Move at learning speed, shipping prototypes in weeks, not months.
