Job summary

iHerb seeks a Senior Product Manager – Growth to own strategy, experimentation roadmap, and execution of growth initiatives across its B2C ecommerce experience. You will drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across web, app, and owned marketing channels, acting as a full-stack growth thinker who uses data to unlock revenue at scale.

Qualifications

7+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership in consumer software or ecommerce.
Experience in growth, CRO, and lifecycle initiatives for B2C apps/web.
Bachelor’s or higher in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end growth strategy focusing on CRO, referrals, and retention.
Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities across surfaces and channels.
Translate goals into product requirements and participate in agile processes.
Design, deploy, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across web and app.
Collaborate with Engineering to build scalable growth features and with Marketing to align traffic with high-converting experiences.
Partner with Data to define and track North Star metrics and indicators.
Lead a growth squad, manage backlogs and sprints with high velocity.
Communicate results and tradeoffs to executives and stakeholders.
Enable personalization and lifecycle marketing through technology.
