You will shape experience standards, influence product strategy, and drive a culture of design excellence that scales across teams, markets, and platforms.

Qualificações

• Portfolio demonstrating strategic design leadership and measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to define and execute design strategy across multiple initiatives.
• Expert-level interaction and visual design skills with craft standards.
• Experience owning and evolving design systems at enterprise scale.
• Advanced user-centered design methods and usability testing.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead strategic design vision for cross-functional initiatives.
• Frame problems at an organizational level and set direction.
• Establish research strategies for shopper behavior across markets.
• Produce strategic frameworks, prototypes, and service blueprints.
• Own and evolve the design system for global usability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science leadership.
• Mentor senior designers and grow design culture.
• Represent design in executive-level discussions and decisions.
