Job summary

iHerb in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our e-commerce personalization and AI-driven experiences across desktop, mobile web, and app. You will define the strategic roadmap, partner with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and marketing, and drive AI initiatives to improve product discovery, engagement, and conversion.

The role requires seven+ years in product ownership within e-commerce or consumer software, a Bachelor's degree, and expertise in AI,

Qualifications

Deep understanding of e-commerce personalization techniques.
Experience with generative AI models in e-commerce.
Experience with API integrations for AI services.
Proficiency in data analysis with SQL/analytics tools.
Strong experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and recommender systems.
Experience defining and managing product roadmaps.
Excellent communication and collaboration.
Strong UX/UI understanding and wireframing ability.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities
