Job summary

Kikoff is seeking a data-driven Senior Product Manager to own Grant growth across acquisition, underwriting, funding, repayment and collections. You’ll pull and model data, run A/B tests, define metrics, and partner with data science, engineering, marketing, risk, and leadership to ship measurable wins.

You’ll design experiments, segment users, and quantify opportunities, balancing growth with risk and unit economics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital consumer products, fintech preferred.
• Strong data and numbers sense; SQL proficiency required.
• Ability to derive targets from first principles and external benchmarks.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and optimization for Grant end-to-end, across acquisition, underwriting, funding, repayment, and collections.
• Partner with data science and engineering on systems defining the product and models.
• Pull, model, and interrogate data independently; build cohorts and validate results.
• Define what good looks like for metrics and benchmark against industry standards.
• Surface new areas of growth by segmenting funnels and quantifying opportunities.
• Design and run rigorous experimentation programs with sharp hypotheses and clean tests.
• Drive strategic insights to shape roadmaps for engineering, design, and marketing.
