Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or related role.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills for partner relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned affiliate partners and foster strong relationships.
• Communicate regularly with affiliate partners to understand needs and provide support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align goals, promotions, and campaigns.
• Manage central inboxes to answer questions and support partners.
• Draft recruitment pitches and partner newsletters to drive action.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns with affiliates to drive traffic and revenue.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports on program performance.
