Kikoff is a fast-growing fintech startup offering credit-building solutions. We’re seeking a data-driven Affiliate Marketing Associate to manage partner relationships, optimize campaigns, and translate data into actionable reports.

In this role you will be the main liaison for affiliates, help drive new user acquisition, and present guidance to maximize partner performance. Join a collaborative team shaping financial security at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or related role.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills for partner relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned affiliate partners and foster strong relationships.
• Communicate regularly with affiliate partners to understand needs and provide support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align goals, promotions, and campaigns.
• Manage central inboxes to answer questions and support partners.
• Draft recruitment pitches and partner newsletters to drive action.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns with affiliates to drive traffic and revenue.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports on program performance.
