Job summary

Kikoff is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to unify our growing product portfolio under a cohesive brand and strengthen consumer trust. You’ll manage day-to-day PR, craft executive-ready messaging, and lead a small team including an organic social manager and content creator.

You will translate brand direction and research into positioning, messaging, and programs that drive business growth, while collaborating with executives to build resonance and credibility in the market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, or related consumer marketing roles.
• Experience developing positioning and messaging and translating brand strategy into execution.
• Meaningful experience developing and implementing brand architecture or a brand refresh.
• Hands-on experience managing PR agencies and communications programs.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, including executive communications with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Brand strategy and implementation: develop strategy and recommendations grounded in research and business priorities.
• Shape portfolio strategy, clarify product roles, and connect products under a shared brand promise.
• Develop positioning and messaging frameworks with clear consumer benefits and proof points.
• Translate survey findings into marketing claims, collaborate with Research, Legal, and Compliance.
• Partner with Creative and cross-functional teams to implement brand identity and tone across touchpoints.
• Lead brand tracking with Growth and Research to improve awareness and trust.
• Support positioning for new products, partnerships, and markets; lead integrated brand initiatives.
