You will set vision, build roadmaps, and communicate strategy to the leadership team and across the company. This hybrid role demands strong product management and cross-functional leadership in fintech.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on product management in financial services or fintech.
• Strong customer focus with technical and data prowess.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to translate customer insights into features and requirements.
• Comfort in fast-paced startup environments.
• Proven track record delivering compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash access product suite and optimize acquisition and repayment experiences.
• Own KPIs: approval rate, repayment rate, conversion, repeat rate, progression, retention and CSAT.
• Drive expansion to new states and overall product strategy for flagship products.
• Create and execute a long-term product roadmap for sustainable growth.
• Communicate strategy and product health to leadership and all-hands.
• Partner with Ops, LMS, Legal & Compliance, Data Science, Risk, and Engineering on audits.
• Increase efficiency by applying industry best practices.
