Job summary

Mon Ami (HearstLab) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the execution and strategy of our core platform, powering statewide implementations for enterprise government customers and integrating AI to enhance both our product and internal workflows. You’ll own platform execution, design enterprise solutions, identify AI-driven features, and lead cross-functional teams in a startup environment.

This role requires 8+ years of PM experience, strong prioritization, and deep customer empathy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including work with software engineers.
• Experience with complex trade-offs in case management, healthcare, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to define specs, prioritize, QA, and coordinate launches.
• Experience in startup environments with limited resources.

Responsibilities

• Own core platform execution and deliver high-quality products on tight timelines.
• Design solutions for enterprise government clients balancing configurability and compliance.
• Identify AI-driven features and ensure responsible AI integration.
• Use AI tools daily to streamline product tasks and focus on architecture and discovery.
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs and adoption patterns through regular customer engagement.
• Shape the roadmap and strategy for your product area and align with company goals.
• Define success metrics and partner with engineering and data teams on data-driven decisions.
