Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering/stats/math or related field.
5+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Experience in Agile/Scrum and collaborating with engineering and design.
Experience balancing multiple user personas within a client account.
Experience conducting user interviews and validating with high-value clients.
Ability to map complex workflows and identify bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

Signal-to-Noise Strategy: Prioritize relevance over volume and surface business-critical information.
Organizational Dynamics: Design for governance, permissions, and collaboration flows across leadership and local operators.
Ecosystem Interoperability: Make data portable and integrate with CRMs/ERPs and other stacks.
