Domain Leader, Communications & Content Management

Location: Fully Remote, U.S.

Compensation: $200K–$250K

We’re looking for a senior Product leader to own the strategy, direction, and success of a portfolio of Communications and Content Management solutions serving government customers.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who is deeply passionate about both Product Management and AI. You’ll lead Product Managers and cross-functional teams while defining what gets built, why it matters, and how emerging AI capabilities can create meaningful customer and business value.

The ideal candidate combines strong product fundamentals with an entrepreneurial mindset. You should be comfortable moving quickly, testing ideas with customers, evaluating market opportunities, and turning successful concepts into scalable products.

What You’ll Own

• Define and execute the strategy for a portfolio of Communications and Content Management solutions.
• Lead Product Managers responsible for customer-facing products and shared platform capabilities.
• Partner directly with customers and prospects to understand problems, validate concepts, and identify market opportunities.
• Drive AI-enabled product innovation through rapid experimentation and high-velocity product teams.
• Prioritize portfolio investments based on customer value, strategic fit, and business impact.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve adoption, retention, win rates, and expansion opportunities.
• Analyze competitive trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Balance investment across new product innovation and enhancement of existing solutions.
• Align Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Build a culture centered around experimentation, learning, speed, and customer obsession.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of Product Management experience within SaaS or technology environments.
• Experience owning a product portfolio, product line, or business domain.
• Proven experience leading Product Managers and cross-functional product organizations.
• Strong customer discovery and product validation experience.
• Experience developing product strategy and determining investment priorities.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled product development and emerging AI technologies.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly Preferred

• Experience within GovTech, Civic Tech, Content Management, Communications Platforms, Workflow Solutions, or Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading AI-first product teams.
• Experience launching AI-enabled customer-facing products.
• Experience with platform strategy and shared product capabilities.
• Experience operating within highly regulated environments.
