Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Transactions domain to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery across transaction orchestration, data, and limits. • 5+ years in technical product management, ideally with platform or developer-facing products.
• Ability to define vision and roadmap in ambiguous spaces with limited guidance.
• Judgment balancing immediate needs with long-term capability building.
• Technical depth in APIs, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Experience aligning many stakeholders and building consensus.

Responsibilities

• Own domain lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, delivery, and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with teams building on your platform to balance needs with a coherent roadmap.
• Define success metrics and drive initiatives improving reliability and integration.
• Be a technical thought partner for engineering on APIs and system tradeoffs.
• Lead modernization, retiring legacy systems for reusable platform capabilities.
• Shape platform vision balancing customer and internal needs.
• Own end-to-end transaction lifecycle, seek automation and decoupling as scale grows.
• Build end-to-end prototypes with AI infra, shipping working proof points.
