Remitly is expanding its Global Card business and seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape market entry and onboarding experiences across regions. You’ll own segmentation, regional GTM execution, and regulatory-aligned onboarding flows, partnering with engineering, design, and compliance teams to drive activation.

Qualifications

• Experience building consumer products in new or expanding markets with GTM strategy.
• Ability to define and validate customer segments across regions using qualitative and quantitative research.
• Direct experience with KYC, compliance, or regulatory requirements in a consumer fintech/payments context.
• Expertise optimizing onboarding funnels to drive activation and reduce friction.

Responsibilities

• Define target customer segments across regions using research and market insights.
• Translate insights into product features with engineering and design.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for each new region and coordinate launch plans.
• Solve region-specific KYC requirements with Compliance and Risk on onboarding flows.
• Own and optimize onboarding funnel to increase activation across markets.
• Define value propositions for each segment and track performance with analytics.
• Communicate strategy, trade-offs, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
