8+ years in product management with 3+ years in large-scale D2C eCommerce
Experience across Web, Mobile App, and TV app platforms
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
Expertise in enterprise-level integrations for end-to-end digital commerce
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer experience across devices and storefront experiences
Shape global expansion roadmap for PlayStation storefronts across geographies and channels
Leverage data and experimentation to optimize the customer journey from discovery to purchase
Partner with Store Commercial, Marketing, and Program Management for cohesive initiatives
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Research to design scalable solutions
Ensure experiences are locally optimized yet globally compliant
Define success metrics and monitor product performance to drive results
