Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead Game Acquisition & Engagement initiatives across PlayStation devices. You will help players discover, evaluate, acquire, and engage with games, guiding roadmap execution and coordinating with engineering, UX, research, and analytics teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management within ecommerce or digital consumer products, strong UX judgment, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, 3+ in ecommerce or digital consumer products.
• Strong product craft across prioritization, delivery, data, research, and UX.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• Gaming, entertainment or digital engagement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of Game Acquisition & Engagement experiences across PlayStation platforms.
• Translate product direction into clear requirements, priorities, and plans.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, UX, Research, Analytics, and partner teams.
• Use data and customer research to prioritize opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Manage dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives.
• Contribute to product research, roadmap development, and longer-term strategy.
