Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Senior Product Manager to support the development and delivery of Game Acquisition & Engagement experiences. You will work across PlayStation devices to help players discover, acquire, and engage with games.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management, with e-commerce or digital consumer product experience, and strong UX judgment. Hybrid work on the West Coast is supported with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, including e-commerce or digital consumer products.
Strong product craft across prioritization, delivery, data, research, and UX.
Ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple teams and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Drive delivery of Game Acquisition & Engagement experiences across PlayStation platforms.
Translate product direction into clear requirements, priorities, and plans.
Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, UX, Research, Analytics, and partner teams.
Use data and customer research to prioritize opportunities and measure outcomes.
Manage dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives.
Contribute to product research, roadmap development, and longer-term strategy.
