Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for the Commerce Platform, focused on monetization across PS5, PS4, Web, PS App, and PS Portal. Define product vision, conduct research, and drive cross-functional delivery with design, engineering, and business partners.

You will lead stakeholder alignment, develop multi-year roadmaps, and champion data-driven decision making while collaborating with legal, tax, and GTM teams in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in managing ecommerce products with key consumer journeys (pricing, offers, cart, checkout, hardware trade-ins, payment, post-purchase, media content delivery).
• Experience in ecommerce and gaming preferred.
• Demonstrable experience developing long-term, multi-year product strategies and roadmaps.
• Ability to operate in a global matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategies, using domain expertise and market/customer insights.
• Conduct market, user research and competitive analysis to shape user journeys and metrics.
• Align business and technical needs, translating data into actionable delivery with prioritization.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to build solutions balancing long-term needs with short-term gains.
• Build relationships with other product managers and stakeholders including finance, legal, and tax.
• Partner with legal/compliance to deliver compliant, optimized experiences.
• Support go-to-market planning and communicate product usage in market.
• Work with data teams to establish measurement frameworks and track success.
