Amazon Customs and Trade (ACT) is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to drive a growing global customs brokerage offering for international traders.

You will own stand-alone products, collaborate across tech, sales, and operations, and translate evolving trade regulations into prioritized product requirements. The role focuses on building US brokerage solutions, working with CBP, and delivering compliant, data-driven features at scale from Arlington, VA.

Formación

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.

Responsabilidades

• Development and management of stand-alone products for innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver trade products and features.
• Support end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch; manage portions of development.
• Gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product specifications.
• Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to drive decisions and improvements.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on features to improve UX and outcomes.
• Communicate product plans/roadmap; draft updates and leadership briefings.
• Support regulatory requirements and industry standards related to trade operations and innovation.
• U.S. Customs Broker License or brokerage filing experience (ACE or brokerage software).
