Amazon Customs and Trade is seeking a Program Manager II to own end-to-end financial automation and compliance delivery across global customs finance operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams in Finance, Tax, Accounting, Compliance, and Engineering to configure and operationalize billing and vendor payments, ensuring timely regulatory adherence.

You will lead onboarding of partners, drive regional automation, and design scalable processes with measurable outcomes while communicating

Formación

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the financial readiness lifecycle from intake through post-launch stabilization.
• Drive AP and AR automation across regions with Finance, Tax, and billing teams.
• Onboard new trading partners and migrate billing models with stakeholders.
• Own configuration pipelines for charge code, company code, and SCAC.
• Build scalable program mechanisms, including SLAs and measurement infrastructure.
