Job summary

Bold is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the end‑to‑end roadmap for B2B HR tech products. You will align with sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-impact features across a multi-brand ecosystem, including integrations within the HR tech landscape.

You will lead discovery with internal teams and customers, define epics, run experiments, and report progress to senior leadership. This remote role offers strong compensation and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in B2B HR tech or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to own cross-functional strategies and ship major products at scale.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data, user feedback, and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Define the B2B product roadmap spanning native platform and HR integrations.
• Lead a cross-functional agile squad with engineering, design, and business partners.
• Write epics and maintain a prioritization framework balancing impact, feasibility and user value.
