Roku, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for generative AI and creative products in its Ad Product group.

You will own a portfolio of AI-powered tools to help advertisers create, adapt, and enhance TV ad creative, including AI-generated video and format adaptations across placements. You will scale products, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with engineering, design, ad sales, operations, legal, and marketing to drive adoption and revenue while ensuring safety and brand

Formación

• Significant product management experience, including shipping and scaling platform products.
• Hands-on experience bringing generative AI or ML-powered products to market, including cost, latency, and safety tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to take a product from beta to GA with clear criteria and measurable adoption.
• Experience scoping workflows blending automation with human review (editorial/moderation/approval).
• Data-driven decision making with instrumentation, metrics, and A/B results.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the AI creative portfolio tied to advertiser adoption, campaign performance, and revenue.
• Define launch criteria, quality standards, and targets for cost and performance at scale.
• Identify and launch new AI creative products through advertiser discovery and rapid prototyping with engineering.
• Define AI-generated creative quality and build human-in-the-loop workflows and guardrails.
• Make build-versus-reuse decisions across a shared generative AI platform.
