Job summary

Roku, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead generative AI and creative products for our advertising business in New York.

You will own a portfolio of AI-powered tools to help advertisers create and adapt TV ad creative, including AI-generated video assets and format adaptations. You will scale existing products and pursue new opportunities, collaborating with engineering, design, ad sales, and legal.

Qualifications

Significant product management experience shipping and scaling platform products.
Hands-on experience bringing generative AI or ML-powered products to market.
Experience taking a product from beta to GA with clear launch criteria and measurable adoption.
Experience scoping workflows blending automation with human review (e.g. editorial/moderation).
Data-driven decision making with defined success metrics and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

Own AI creative portfolio strategy, roadmap, and outcomes tied to advertiser adoption, performance, and revenue.
Define launch criteria, quality standards, and cost/performance targets for scale.
Identify and launch new AI creative products by running discovery and prototyping with engineering.
Define quality for AI-generated creative and build human-in-the-loop workflows with policy teams.
Make build-versus-reuse decisions to share models and safety layers across the platform.
Collaborate with ad sales/marketing on go-to-market, pricing, and programs.
Work with legal on rights, IP, and responsible AI considerations.
Instrument funnel events and use data to decide what to build next.
