RTX Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a portfolio of forecasting and analytics platforms across Commercial Engines Finance and Military Programs. You will define vision, prioritize features, and drive roadmaps with multiple software delivery teams.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, data, cloud, security, architecture, and DevOps to deliver scalable, secure solutions; you will own the full product lifecycle and translate user needs into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery practices.
• Experience with data-driven decision making, including metrics and market insights.
• Proven ability to make timely prioritization decisions to meet schedules.
• Experience in full product lifecycle management from concept to adoption.
• Ability to translate user and business needs into technical requirements and actionable user stories.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; U.S. person required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple forecasting and analytics products spanning finance, maintenance/logistics, operations, and military programs.
• Establish product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and measures of success aligned with PW Digital’s portfolio direction.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, cloud, security, architecture, and DevOps teams to ensure feasible, secure, and sustainable delivery.
• Balance user needs, business impact, technical complexity, operational health, and lifecycle sustainability.
• Define and communicate product KPIs, milestones, dependencies, and investment tradeoffs to stakeholders across finance, aftermarket, contracts, military programs, engineering, and operations.
• Manage full product lifecycle accountability, including discovery, development, launch, support, maintenance, modernization, and retirement.
• Apply user-centered design, iterative discovery, prototype testing, and user interviews to inform product direction.
• Partner with Agile delivery teams on sprint definition, backlog prioritization, MVP delivery, releases, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and incubate emerging high-value digital opportunities prioritized across Pratt & Whitney.
