EarnIn is seeking a Senior Product Manager on the Risk team in Mountain View to expand the Risk Platform and drive innovations in credit, fraud, and risk operations. You will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts to deliver impactful features that improve customer risk posture and financial outcomes.

You will define ambitious OKRs, leverage user insights and data analytics, and partner with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of industry experience, with at least 2+ years in Product Management.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and metric improvement mindset.
• Empathy for users and proven product-market resonance.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Comfort with rapid experimentation and creative problem solving.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and drive execution.
• Creative thinking with innovative risk/credit/fraud solutions.
• Knowledge of credit and fraud risk regulatory best practices.
• Fintech/payments experience preferred.
