Step is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end development of a core product area, aligning with business goals while balancing growth, risk, and regulatory needs. You will leverage data-driven insights to prioritize and ship improvements, working with design, engineering, data science, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and finance.

As part of Beast Industries, you’ll scale with AI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer fintech or consumer mobile products.
• Track record of building, launching, and scaling consumer products with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (BigQuery, Looker, Mixpanel).
• Experience using AI tools day-to-day and evidence of productivity gains.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Deep customer empathy and a passion for delivering real value with products.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for your product area.
• Own roadmap end to end from problem definition to launch and scale.
• Use analytics and user research to identify high-impact features and experiments.
• Write clear specifications with objectives, success metrics, and rationale.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and finance.
• Monitor metrics, measure impact, and iterate to enhance customer experience.
• Balance growth, risk, and compliance in product decisions and communicate tradeoffs.
