Job summary

Plaid is seeking a product manager to own and grow our Financial Management products, including Transactions, Investments, and Liabilities. You will define the product direction, collaborate with engineering and design, and ensure the roadmap aligns with customer needs and business goals.

You will work with customers to identify opportunities on top of open‑banking data, size them, and translate insights into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in a B2B context.
• Experience influencing pricing & packaging for products.
• Experience participating in sales and account management conversations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering & Design.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Data-driven decision making mindset; balancing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and building 0→1 initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Discovering new problems for Financial Management products across diverse customer segments.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship intuitive, high‑quality experiences that drive enterprise value.
• Balance qualitative feedback with quantitative success metrics; report on metrics like product adoption and ARR.
• Deliver value at scale to thousands of customers and millions of users.
• Define long-term strategy and vision for the product area; inspire stakeholders.
• Collaborate across a cross-functional team to deliver meaningful solutions.
• Be the face of the product both internally and externally.
