The D. E. Shaw Group in New York seeks a senior product manager to shape the next generation of finance technology platforms within its MBOT team.

You will own the portfolio supporting Management Reporting and drive cross-functional initiatives with meaningful firmwide impact. You will define strategy and roadmaps for compensation-related products, modernize legacy reporting, and lead requirements gathering while applying AI tools to improve workflows and data integrity across payroll,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant product/tech management experience.
• Experience shaping finance tech offerings like reporting and payroll.
• AI-forward mindset with hands-on AI tool usage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Clear communication and ability to influence diverse partners.
• Understanding of compensation, payroll, and management reporting workflows.
