Responsibilities

• Own product direction, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact technology solutions across platforms, focusing initially on compensation strategy.
• Balance near-term operational needs with long-term platform strategy, identifying automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Drive alignment on product vision and roadmap across technology and business teams.
• Collaborate with Management Reporting stakeholders to modernize compensation portal systems, planning, payroll, budgeting, reporting, and analytics.
• Define and drive strategy for compensation-related products and modernize legacy reporting systems.
• Lead requirements gathering, maintain roadmaps, and pursue workflow automation and data integrity enhancements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical deliverables for in-house developers and QA engineers.
