Zusammenfassung

IMS is seeking a commercially minded Senior Product Manager to lead the growth of AclaraOS, our enterprise SaaS platform for connected marketing operations. You will partner with the EVP, Technology to translate vision into strategy, prioritized roadmap, and a functioning product operation across customers, delivery, sales, and marketing.

You will own pricing, packaging, and licensing models, perform market discovery, and enable sales with compelling product narratives and demos.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and proven PM experience with demonstrable outcomes (5+ years if you don't hold a recognized PM qualification).
• Ownership of a SaaS product or significant product area across strategy, discovery, delivery, launch and improvement.
• Strong commercial judgment — pricing, packaging, financial models, business cases.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
• Confidence with senior customers and prospects; strong demo and presentation skills.
• Technical fluency to work credibly with Development and QA on integrations, APIs, data and security.
• Substantial hands-on AI experience with specific examples — what you actually built or evaluated, why AI was the right call (or wasn't), and what it measurably improved.
• US work authorization without sponsorship (no visa sponsorship available)

Aufgaben

• Develop product strategy and an evidence-backed, outcome-led roadmap.
• Own the AclaraOS P&L, pricing, packaging, and licensing models with executive stakeholders.
• Lead a direct team of three and collaborate across PM, delivery, sales, marketing, and enterprise functions.
• Conduct customer and market discovery—define ICPs, size markets, analyze competitors and win/loss.
• Create product narratives for sales enablement and deliver competitive demos.
• Drive end-to-end adoption across IMS client-serving teams, tracking adoption, value, and revenue contribution.
