You will partner with enterprise customers, engineering, and other functions to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions that drive uptime, maintenance efficiency, and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS software.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and multi-year roadmap for the CMMS platform.
• Lead discovery with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer value, technical debt, and platform investments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver scalable solutions.
