Job summary

Merck & Co. seeks a Product Manager for the Enterprise Resilience Center to define the technology product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities.

You will partner with GSAG, Strategy Office, IT, and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable ERC solutions, supporting real-time monitoring, escalation, and crisis response. The role reports to the Security Product Line Lead and involves coordinating across Enterprise IT, resilience leaders, and business partners for staffing,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology delivery, or related roles.
• Experience defining product requirements and managing product roadmaps in a complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated ability to partner across technical and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERC technology capabilities.
• Translate resilience objectives into a actionable product roadmap aligned to risk reduction and operational readiness.
• Lead product planning for foundational technology components including tools, platforms, data sources, and integrations.
• Oversee testing, user acceptance, and go-live readiness activities with cross-functional teams.
