MSD is seeking a Product Manager for the Enterprise Resilience Center (ERC) to define the technology product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities. You will collaborate with Global Security & Aviation Group, Strategy Office, and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable solutions supporting real-time monitoring and incident response.

The role requires 5+ years in product management or related fields, strong stakeholder management, and experience in complex enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in product management, business analysis, technology delivery, or related roles.
• Experience defining product requirements and managing roadmaps in a complex enterprise.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERC technology capabilities.
• Translate objectives into an actionable product roadmap aligned to risk reduction and operational readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements, needs, and use cases.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, integrations, and releases based on business value and feasibility.
• Lead product planning for foundational technology components, including tools, data sources, and integrations.
• Oversee testing, user acceptance, and go-live readiness activities with tech teams and vendors.
