Sentara Healthcare Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Resilience professional to strengthen the organization's ability to anticipate, withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptions across cyber, technology, and operations.

The role partners with Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and vendor management to establish resilience requirements, validate recovery capabilities, and drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years IT program/project management experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise resilience, cyber resilience, disaster recovery or related fields.
• Experience planning or supporting disaster recovery tests and tabletop exercises.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the Enterprise Resilience Program, including governance, standards, procedures, playbooks, reporting, and documentation.
• Identify and maintain Critical Business Services and map people, processes, technology, data, facilities, and third parties.
• Define impact tolerances, recovery time objectives, recovery point objectives, and recovery priorities with owners.
• Plan and document resilience assessments, tabletop exercises, DR tests, and simulations.
