  • Partner closely with the ERC Business Analyst to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and supporting documentation, including process maps, acceptance criteria, and implementation‑ready materials.

  • Review, validate, and prioritize business requirements, use cases, and related documentation developed in partnership with the Business Analyst to ensure alignment to ERC objectives, feasibility, and business value.

  • Support the design and implementation of workflows that enable real‑time monitoring, assessment, escalation, and crisis response.

  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure seamless data flow into a common operating picture.

  • Coordinate across Enterprise IT, resilience leaders, and business partners to ensure alignment with staffing, governance, and space buildout plans.

  • Oversee testing, user acceptance, and go‑live readiness activities, ensuring requirements are validated and implementation issues are resolved in coordination with technical teams, vendors, and the Business Analyst.

  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions related to product development and implementation.

  • Design, maintain, and oversee the ongoing training strategy and enablement materials for both onboarding new users and upskilling existing users on production ERC technologies.

  • Establish metrics and reporting to measure adoption, capability maturity, and operational effectiveness.

  • Drive continuous improvement of ERC technologies and workflows after launch.
