Job summary

Thrivent Financial, a leading financial services organization, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve a portfolio of enterprise data products. You will define strategy, partner with data engineers, architects, and analysts, and drive outcomes tied to governance, analytics, and AI-enabled experiences.

You will mentor Product Owners, coordinate with business capability owners, and champion data-driven decision making across Operations, Risk, Compliance, HR, and Legal functions.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of relevant business experience in product management or product owner roles.
• Experience with enterprise data products, analytics, governance, or data platforms.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for enterprise products.

Responsibilities

• Develops the long-term product roadmap aligned with broader business strategy.
• Leads cross-team collaboration to prioritize roadmaps and releases across multiple products.
• Leads product discovery activities and translates business needs into product investments and roadmap priorities.
• Coaches product teams in Agile practices and product management techniques.
• Engages with business and technology partners to align priorities and ensure outcomes meet KPIs.
