Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking a Product Owner for Enterprise Data who guides discovery, prioritization, and delivery to enable analytics, governance, and AI-enabled experiences across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with data engineers, architects, and stakeholders to refine the product backlog, create user stories, and align roadmaps with Thrivent’s strategic priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 4-6 years of relevant business experience in data products or analytics.
• Experience defining product value through business outcomes and adoption.
• Ability to translate problems into actionable priorities and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align prioritization with roadmap.
• Refine product backlog and communicate customer needs to teams.
• Drive product discovery, measurement, and governance initiatives.
