Job summary
Thrivent Financial seeks a Product Owner within its Enterprise Data Products organization. You will own direction-setting, discovery, and backlog prioritization, translating the Product Manager’s strategy into actionable stories that drive enterprise data product value.
Collaborate with data engineers, governance teams, and stakeholders to deliver trusted, scalable data products that enhance decision-making, analytics, and AI-enabled experiences across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4-6 years relevant business experience.
- Experience with enterprise data products, analytics, governance, or data platform initiatives.
- Ability to translate business problems into actionable product priorities.
- Strong communication across levels and disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Own the product direction, discovery, and backlog prioritization.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders to align work with Thrivent priorities.
- Refine product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with data engineers, architects, governance, and other teams.
- Measure value through business outcomes and product performance.
