Job summary

Drata is hiring a Senior Product Manager in San Francisco to drive enterprise product initiatives and shape strategic roadmaps. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver customer-centric products that scale.

You will define MVPs, run experiments, and translate customer needs into actionable plans while advocating for ownership, rigorous analysis, and strong stakeholder engagement across a fast-growing security-focused platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
• Deep customer empathy and ability to interview customers effectively.
• Experience launching new product offerings from 0-1 is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap and requirements to solve big customer problems in the Enterprise space.
• Define an MVP experience and iterate based on feedback.
• Form hypotheses and run experiments using lean methodologies.
• Partner with engineering and design to define, build, and maintain products/features critical to growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on release plans and documentation to deliver value to customers.
• Proactively address risks and dependencies across teams.
