Drata is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own an end-to-end product domain within our Compliance Group. You’ll act as a GM for your area, deciding which customer problems matter most, setting measurable outcomes with engineering, and guiding a small, builder-heavy team to deliver impact.

You’ll apply AI deliberately, owning trust, governance and quality in AI-assisted features. You’ll partner with discovery, data, and engineering to shape strategy, run launches from alpha to GA, and report

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong discovery skills: run great customer interviews and separate underlying problem from feature request.
• Comfort with data: define success metrics and let evidence drive decisions.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled products or well-formed opinions on responsible AI.
• Clear, concise writing for executives and engineers.
• Sound judgment on trade-offs across customer value, business value, technical constraints and risk.
• Experience partnering with sales-led GTM teams in enterprise/mid-market contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own value and viability risk for your product area and determine its customer base and costs.
• Conduct continuous discovery using customer calls, Productboard insights, support signals and usage data.
• Set outcome-based goals with your engineering manager.
• Sequence paths to goals, articulate risks and fallback plans.
• Communicate the plan to team, GTM/CS partners, and executives, focusing on customer impact.
• Lead launches through alpha, beta and GA with clear success criteria and measure adoption post-release.
• Make product decisions on AI-powered experiences including data quality and observability.
• Provide weekly progress with data and narrative, flag risks early with recovery plans.
• Build a business case for investment and defend with data.
