Drata's Compliance Group builds the core of our platform—controls, evidence, frameworks and audit workflows that thousands of security and GRC teams rely on to prove trust. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a product area end to end, acting like a GM for your scope and guiding engineers and designers to deliver customer outcomes.

You'll apply AI deliberately, own trust and governance, and work with cross-functional teams to define metrics, validate problems, and drive measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong discovery skills to uncover root problems from customer interactions.
• Comfort with data—defining success metrics and letting evidence guide decisions.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled product or a clear POV on responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Own value and business-viability risk for your product area and its customers.
• Run continuous discovery from customer calls, Productboard, support signals and usage data.
• Set outcome-based goals with engineering leadership and plan the path to them.
• Lead launches through alpha, beta and GA with measurable adoption and business impact.
