Job summary

Drata is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a product area within the Compliance Group end to end. You will set customer-focused outcomes, partner with engineering leadership, and guide a small, builder-heavy team of engineers and designers to deliver auditable, AI-enabled solutions that prove trust and compliance for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong discovery skills: conduct great customer interviews and separate problems from requests.
• Comfort with data: define success metrics and let evidence change mind.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled products or well-formed stance on responsible AI.
• Clear, concise writing for executives and engineers.
• Sound judgment on trade-offs across customer value, business value, technical constraints and risk.
• Experience working with sales-led GTM in enterprise or mid-market.

Responsibilities

• Own value and business-viability risk for your product area.
• Run continuous discovery across customer calls, Productboard insights, support signals and usage data.
• Set outcome-based goals with your engineering manager.
• Sequence the path to goals, surface risks and fallback options.
• Communicate the plan to team, GTM, Customer Success, and executives.
• Lead launches through alpha, beta and GA with measurable success criteria.
• Make product calls on AI-powered experiences including model behavior and data quality.
• Report progress weekly with data and narrative; raise risks early with recovery plans.
• Build the business case for investment with data.
