Drata is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive cross-functional product development aligned with our strategy. You'll design, build, and roll out features that help scale our platform and prove trust continuously for our customers.

The role requires a strong mix of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to justify decisions to stakeholders and to shape our roadmap. You will own product outcomes including revenue, collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams, and influence

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to conduct effective customer interviews.
• Ability to break down a big vision into small deliverables and ruthlessly prioritize backlog.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of products and allocate resources grounded in data and research.
• Define roadmaps and requirements to solve major customer problems across product lines.
• Define MVPs and iterate based on feedback with lean methodologies.
• Partner with engineering and design to build and maintain growth-critical products.
• Coordinate release plans and documentation with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and launch products with GTM partners across alpha, beta, GA phases.
