Drata is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive cross‑functional product strategy and delivery in the Enterprise space. You will define roadmaps, MVPs, and experiments, partnering with engineering and design to roll out scalable features that improve growth and retention.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in PM, strong customer empathy, and a track record of launching products from 0‑1 for enterprise customers, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and delivering world‑class software products in a Product Management role.
• Deep customer empathy.
• Passion for identifying and solving problems with the ability to conduct effective customer interviews.
• Capable of breaking down a big vision into small deliverables.
• Ruthless prioritization of the backlog.
• Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to pursue opportunities beyond current constraints.
• Exceptional collaboration skills with PMs, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer success teams.
• Growth mindset with a desire for continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‑informed mindset.
• Experience launching a new product offering from 0‑1 strongly preferred.
• Experience building complex products for Enterprise customers strongly preferred.
• Experience in Procurement, Vendors, Third‑Party Risk or Risk space strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap and requirements to solve big customers problems in the Enterprise space.
• Define an MVP experience and quickly learn and iterate based on feedback.
• Form hypotheses and run experiments using lean methodologies.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products/features essential to growth and retention.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on release plans and documentation to deliver value to our customers.
• Proactively partner across teams to anticipate and address risks and dependencies.
• Communicate progress and plan to leadership, peers, etc.
