Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience leading internal initiatives.
• Specialist domain expertise in human resources and people processes.
• Hands-on experience with agentic automation and AI workflows.
• Ability to own a product domain end-to-end and link automation to business goals.
• Strong data-informed development practices and RBAC/ABAC awareness.
• Comfort leading through ambiguity with complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term strategy for the unified employee and manager experience.
• Design, build, and deploy intelligent agentic automation workflows on the Databricks platform.
• Lead talent acquisition, hiring, and performance management workflows.
