Databricks is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead the People M&A engine, transforming manual workflows and spreadsheets into an automated execution machine. You will bridge Corporate Development with People teams to ensure a seamless Day 1 experience for every new employee.

You’ll design scalable platforms, think from first principles, and move between strategy and execution in a fast-paced tech environment. Experience in HR operations and large-scale transformations is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of M&A experience.
• Ability to plan fast, drive alignment and execute.
• Strong problem-solving across complex transformations.
• Deep knowledge of People processes and HR operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the People M&A phases of deals from disclosure through Day 1.
• Standardize playbooks and knowledge hubs for scalable processes.
• Partner with People Tech to automate workflows and AI enhancements.
• Coordinate with TA, Benefits, PeopleOps and Mobility as primary POC.
• Ensure data integrity with a single source of truth across systems.
