Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Eligibility & Learning Enablement to join a leader in Healthcare space. This remote role shapes product strategy for an agile team focused on enabling data-driven learning and eligibility capabilities within the healthcare environment.

You will translate business objectives into scalable requirements, coordinate across multiple teams, and help ensure the right data assets and dependencies are in place to support roadmap execution. Location: Remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Product Management or similar roles in agile environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data concepts and data sourcing.
• Proven experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging business and technical needs.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Eligibility & Learning Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role will shape product strategy and delivery for an agile team focused on enabling data-driven learning and eligibility capabilities within the healthcare environment. The position will translate business objectives into scalable requirements, coordinate across multiple teams, and help ensure the right data assets and dependencies are in place to support roadmap execution. Success in this role will require close partnership with business and technical stakeholders to drive solution readiness, improve delivery efficiency, and identify opportunities to reuse existing assets. Location: Remote. Compensation: $104,000 – $143,000 annually.
