Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Rules Engine & Decisioning Platform to join the team in the Healthcare space. You will own product strategy and execution for a decisioning platform enabling scalable personalization and rule-based capabilities across channels and products.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to balance customer needs, technical tradeoffs, and priorities, shaping reusable platform solutions that support growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, IT, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, esp. with decisioning platforms and personalization tech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate priorities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new business use cases against existing capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Identify capability gaps and emerging needs as the platform expands across channels and products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives and customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Product Manager, Rules Engine & Decisioning Platform to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will own product strategy and execution for a decisioning platform that supports scalable personalization and rule-based capabilities across multiple channels and products. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business needs, identify platform gaps, and shape reusable solutions that support growth and operational efficiency. The position requires balancing customer needs, technical tradeoffs, and product priorities while keeping the platform aligned with broader business objectives.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $126,300 – $173,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product strategies and prioritized backlogs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate competing priorities and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience using data and customer insights to inform product decisions
