Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Eligibility & Learning Enablement to join a leader in Healthcare space. This remote role shapes product strategy for an agile team focused on enabling data-driven learning and eligibility capabilities within the healthcare environment.

You will translate business objectives into scalable requirements, coordinate across multiple teams, and help ensure the right data assets and dependencies are in place to support roadmap execution. Location: Remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Product Management or similar roles in agile environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data concepts and data sourcing.
• Proven experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging business and technical needs.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for the team.
• Serve as Product Owner for an agile scrum team, managing backlog and delivery outcomes.
• Translate business objectives into scalable requirements for learning and eligibility use cases.
• Collaborate with teams to onboard and operationalize necessary data assets.
• Maintain an inventory of assets, tracking availability and needs.
• Drive alignment across teams to ensure solution readiness for roadmap delivery.
• Identify opportunities to reuse existing assets to accelerate delivery.
